Statement on the Supreme Court judgement on the Equality Act 2010
As a Sports Governing Body we have a responsibility to apply all laws that affect us whether we agree with them or not. Regardless of any personal views on the recent judgment of the Supreme Court on matters related to The Equality Act 2010, we are obliged to implement it as it affects any of our work.
