Safeguarding and confidential reporting for dance sport
BDSABeSafe is the British DanceSport Association’s dedicated safeguarding and confidential reporting service.
It is designed to support dancers, parents, coaches, officials, volunteers and anyone involved in dance sport who needs to raise a concern or report behaviour that may place someone at risk.

BDSABeSafe provides a safe and confidential way to speak up. Concerns may include safeguarding issues, abuse, bullying, inappropriate behaviour, or anything that affects the safety and wellbeing of individuals within the dance sport environment.

BDSA BeSafe?
Everyone in dance sport deserves to feel safe, respected and supported.

BDSABeSafe provides a clear and trusted route to raise concerns and helps ensure safeguarding issues are taken seriously.

If you are unsure whether something should be reported, it is always better to raise the concern.
Fearless
Fearless is separate from BDSABeSafe and is not for dance-related concerns.​
Fearless is a service for young people to report crime 100% anonymously.
If you have information about criminal activity outside of the dance world, please report this via Fearless.
