The British DanceSport Association (BDSA) is delighted to announce its new partnership with Class Manager and Stage Stubs, marking another positive step in its continued commitment to supporting dance schools, teachers, and the wider dance sport community.

This exciting collaboration reflects the BDSA's ongoing focus on providing its members with information about relevant services and opportunities. The partnership brings together a shared interest in supporting dance studio owners with two platforms to simplify the everyday running of dance schools and make selling tickets for dance recitals and events seamless and easy.

Class Manager: what it means for you, the studio owner

Running a dance studio means wearing a lot of hats. Teacher, choreographer, marketer, HR, accounts, communications, and often a listening ear for students and parents too. Class Manager brings everything you need to run your studio into one easy-to-use place, so you’re no longer juggling different software, group chats, and spreadsheets.

Get paid on time, every time

Set up automated billing in the way that suits your studio, whether that’s annually, termly, monthly or per class. If a payment fails, Class Manager can automatically retry it. Everything is recorded in the platform so your records stay clean and up to date.

Organise your timetable with ease

Whether you have one teacher or a whole team, and classes running across multiple days, you can create and manage your full class schedule in Class Manager. Skill tracking and class notes can be managed and added at a class level, so you, your teachers and your staff always know what’s happening in every class.

Keep communication safe and in one place

With Chats, you can send broadcast, group, and one-to-one messages, keeping every conversation in one place and helping to safeguard both your business and your students. With built-in AI to help with responses and actions. Spotlight, our in-app feed, lets you share news, photos, and behind-the-scenes videos with your families without any of it leaving the platform.

Built to help your studio grow

Every feature in Class Manager has been designed with dance studio owners in mind, giving you more time to focus on teaching, your students, and growing your business. And with no monthly subscription, it’s built to work for studios of every size.
