Testament to his business acumen and diversity of thought, since beginning his practice in the 1980’s, Neil successfully advised thousands of clients in relation to their property portfolio’s.

Neil is also the Co-Founder of one of the Southeast’s leading independent estate agencies. Whilst continually working in the best interests of clients and property specialists alike, Neil has harnessed a strong authenticity in decision making and succinctness, irrespective of the adversities that were presented. As CEO of the BDSA, Neil will utilise his regulatory and corporate experience to ensure that this Governing Body runs prosperously and lawfully; whilst meeting the criteria of running a modern, 21st century organisation that protects, represents, and defends its members.

As a proud father of two Ballroom and Latin American DanceSport athletes, Neil has seen first-hand the best and worst of this sporting sphere. By utilising decades-worth of regulatory and legal comprehension, Neil is steadfast in ensuring that fair play and the protection of vulnerable people are at the centre of the BDSA’s work.
