Genevieve Gordon-Thomson: is CEO of Tactic Connect. Since 2001 Gen has worked actively within sports specifically in commercial activity of sport, safeguarding, welfare and governance; advising organisations such as: the Netball Players Association, Rio Ferdinand Foundation, Imperial Motorsport, and other major sports organisations. Her personal client work is extensive and ranges across various sports, but with a general focus on motorsport and netball athletes. She was an initial advisory for British Polo Enterprises and has worked as a commercial consultant for Major League Baseball International, primarily on The World Baseball Classic and MLB Academies.

Genevieve runs the BASL Sports Law in Practice Certificate at Leeds Beckett University. She launched Sports Law onto the syllabus at Birkbeck, University of London, where she lectured for 9 years. Genevieve has spoken annually at Cambridge University, on the English Legal System and Comparative Systems with a Sports Law focus for Richmond Law School, when visiting from the USA.
