As a Sports Governing Body we have a responsibility to apply all laws that affect us whether we agree with them or not. Regardless of any personal views on the recent judgment of the Supreme Court on matters related to The Equality Act 2010, we are obliged to implement it as it affects any of our work.
The British DanceSport Association (BDSA) welcomes the publication of the English Amateur DanceSport Association Green Paper and supports the objective of establishing an effective, inclusive, and future-proof National Governing Body for dancing in the UK.
